Bookings Terms and Conditions
Our weekend evening Friday - Saturday booking policy is as follows:
There are two evening sittings, the first from 6pm until 8:45pm and 9pm until closing. Customers may only make a reservation of a table within the time slot of one sitting (i.e. making a reservation at 7 and must honour to give up the reserved table at 8:45 or sooner) we will always try our best to accommodate your needs so it's always best to talk to our manager Nash regarding the requirement for a longer period (this may incur additional fees depending on the night).
In the unlikely event that your table is not ready for the booked time (i.e. booking made for 9pm). While we try our utmost best to try and have it ready by the agreed time, we urge our customers to understand due to unforeseen circumstances a table can be slightly delayed due to a number of reasons such as the previous booking for the same table cooming in late due to late transportation/heavy traffic/difficulty ordering etc. So we urge you to understand our position as we always try out best to cater to everyone within compromising on the dining experience.
For bookings over 10 persons we require a €50 deposit that is to be paid either in person or over the phone by card. For bookings over 20 persons we require a deposit of €100. The deposits will then either be taken out of the bill or refunded to the same card used to make the booking. No cash returns. This is simply to ensure that the large reserved seating will not be a loss in terms of customers not showing up. Thank you for your understanding.
